Idaho Designated Broker for SmallTown Hunting Properties and Real Estate
My parents still live on the farm and ranch land where I was born. In contrast I moved over 13 times in 20 years as a fighter pilot in the military. Sometimes across town, sometimes across the country. I flew off of aircraft carriers for years. I loved it. But I couldn't wait to get home and drive down a dirt road, hop on a combine or tractor and have my feet on solid ground. I always returned to the land. It's what I love. From the arid lands of the west to the semi-tropical lands of the Gulf Coast, I love exploring it, discussing and helping landowners find the best solution for their overall objectives.
I don't subscribe to the old axiom that the only three things that matter in Real Estate are location, location, location. Especially when it comes to buying or selling land. Every piece of land is unique with its own set of rights, characteristics, entitlements and story. Much more than a house, the land has so much that is unseen. It takes an experienced and specialized agent to find all of the value in land. Land has a story, a history, and a future. It all must be respected, preserved, understood and valued. A landowner must be a good steward and a good agent must be a good steward of both.
Now more than ever landowners be the best stewards of the land. With the increasing population, strained resources, environmental concerns, and corporate and political pressures we have to be more efficient with the land we have. And the competition is intense. If you want an agent who will help you with all aspects of your land - buying, selling, managing, stewardship - give me a call.
